Alongi Arabians is home to not one, but two, Straight Egyptian Purebred Arabian Stallions sired by the legendary stallion THEE DESPERADO+

Our senior stallion, IBN ALIAH HALIMA, is a 2008 chestnut rabicano standing 15hds. He is the last foal and ONLY son of ALIAH HALIMA (RUMINAJA ALI x CHARM OF HALIMA by *ANSATA IBN HALIMA+++). "IBN" is a 3/4 brother to Egyptian Event Supreme Champion Stallion BOTSWANA, South African Champion Stallion THEE CYCLONE (deceased) and Egyptian Event Reserve Supreme Champion Mare and US Top Ten Mare AOTH HAVILAH E A (deceased).

Our junior stallion, AWASEF AL MEENAH, is a 2014 grey standing 15hds. "THUNDER" is one of the last born sons of his sire who passed away in 2013. He is out of MEENNAH MISHAALA RCA (*MISHAAL HP x BINT BINT MEENAH RCA by THEE ASIL). "THUNDER" furthermore carries a 3rd line to THEE DESPERADO via PIMLICO RCA. His pedigree is filled with Champions and Champion producers.

Welcome to Alongi Arabians. Owned and operated by Michelle and Michael Alongi. We are located in the foothills of beautiful southern Virginia near Nascar's Martinsville Speedway.

Our focus is the rarest of purebred Arabian lineage, the Straight Egyptian. How rare are they you ask? Straight Egyptian Arabians account for only 3% of the entire Arabian breed, with approximately 6,000 worldwide. Our horses can trace 100% of their ancestry back to the ancient horses bred by the Bedouin tribes of Arabia.

While we are small in size, you will see the emphasis we place on quality. You will find that not only are our horses easily identifiable as Arabian horses, they have been selectively chosen for their classical type, correct conformation, quality of movement, along with the strength of pedigree and genetics. Our horses are personally handled and cared for by us, and as such, we believe a good disposition is of utmost importance.
